Management tracks: GSK, A*STAR, Moderna

GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) said Philip Hampton will step down as chairman ahead of the pharma’s planned split of its consumer healthcare and innovative R&D businesses. The pharma said it has started to search for a successor to Hampton, who has been chairman since May 2015 (see “GSK, Pfizer JV allows Both Pharmas to Focus on Innovation”).

Singapore’s Agency for Science Technology and Research said Executive Chairman Lim Chuan Poh will retire on April 1 after leading A*STAR since 2007.
