Jazz (NASDAQ:JAZZ) raised $26 million in a registered direct offering of 3.8 million units at $6.76. Each unit consists of a share priced at $6.70, which is a 1% discount to Jazz's close of $6.75 on Tuesday, the day before the deal was announced, and a six-year warrant to purchase 0.45 shares.
