Celldex raises $31.5 million

Celldex Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:CLDX) raised $31.5 million through the sale of 10 million shares at $3.15 per share in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Wedbush; Brean Murray; and Roth Capital Partners.
