Veracyte raises $65 million in IPO

Veracyte Inc. (NASDAQ:VCYT) raised $65 million through the sale of 5 million shares at $13 in an IPO underwritten by Morgan Stanley; Leerink; William Blair; and Cowen. The $13 price values Veracyte at $272.9 million. Earlier this month, the company amended the offering and said it planned to sell 4.7 million shares at $13-$15.
