NephroGenex raises $37.2 million in IPO

Kidney disease company NephroGenex Inc. (NASDAQ:NRX) raised $37.2 million in an IPO through the sale of shares at the low end of its proposed range. NephroGenex sold 3.1 million shares at $12, valuing the company at $106.2 million. Last month, the company said it planned to sell 3.1 million shares at $12-$14. Aegis is underwriter.
