Twist raises $26 million in series B

Synthetic biology play Twist Bioscience Corp. (San Francisco, Calif.) raised $26 million in a series B round led by new investor Tao Invest. New investors Applied Materials Inc. and NanoDimension and existing investors Arch Venture Partners; Paladin Capital Group; Asset Management; and Yuri Milner joined the round.
