Onxeo proposes EUR 35.4M rights offering

Orphan cancer company Onxeo S.A. (Euronext:ONXEO) proposed to raise EUR 35.4 million ($44.1 million) in a rights offering underwritten by Natixis and Oddo & Cie. The company plans to issue 7.9 million shares at EUR 4.50.
