Metabomed caps $18M series A

Cancer play Metabomed Ltd. (Yavne, Israel) said it raised an undisclosed amount in an extension of its series A round, bringing the round's total to $18 million. New investors Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) and Arkin Holdings participated, as did existing investors MS Ventures, Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund, Pontifax Fund and the Technion Research and Development Foundation.
