Aminex raises $10M, starts Phase I cancer trial

Aminex Therapeutics Inc. (Seattle, Wash.) raised $10 million in an untranched series B round. The company declined to name its investors.

The company said Wednesday that it dosed the first patient in a Phase I trial of AMXT 1501, a small molecule polyamine uptake inhibitor, to treat solid tumors.
