Arcturus deal

The Woburn, Mass., company entered a 10-year agreement with Trans CanaDerm Inc. (Montreal) to develop and commercialize Arcturus' dermatologic products in Canada. Trans CanaDerm, which took an undisclosed equity position in Arcturus, will fund initial development work by Arcturus as well as Phase III trials in Canada. ...
