Bioscan, E3 International Corp. deal

BIOS said negotiations with E3 concerning a U.S. licensing agreement for BIOS’s Biorek technology have not yet been completed. BIOS expects the deal to be in place in December, with a license payment of $3 million to be delivered before year end. The company said this timeline represents a delay compared with guidance released on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on Nov. 2. The company also expects to receive $7 million over the course of the agreement. The U.S. licensing deal is part of an overall agreement signed between the companies in April covering the development of the North American market for the Biorek technology.
