Inverness, Acon Laboratories Inc. deal

IMA agreed to acquire the majority of Acon's rapid diagnostics business. The deal includes lateral flow immunoassay products in the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Israel, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. Upon the deal's close, which is slated for this half, IMA is expected to agree to acquire the remainder of Acon's rapid diagnostics business within three years.
