Angel Biotech, Collbio deal

Newco Collbio acquired the assets of Angel Biotechnology's Angel Biomedical Ltd. subsidiary and said it will focus on manufacturing medical grade collagen components for the regenerative medicine, in vitro diagnostic and medical device markets.
