Endo, Altaris Capital Partners LLC deal

Investment firm Altaris will acquire Endo's HealthTronics Inc. subsidiary for $85 million up front, plus up to another $45 million based on HealthTronics' future operating performance. The HealthTronics business includes lithotripsy services, prostate treatment services, medical products manufacturing, sales and maintenance and IT solutions.
