GSK China, JD.com in healthcare access deal

The GSK China unit of GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) signed a memorandum of understanding with Chinese retailer JD.com Inc. (NASDAQ:JD) on May 8 to collaborate on developing "Internet + Healthcare" solutions for improving healthcare access and affordability.
