The U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii granted AQSE's motion for summary judgement in a suit alleging that CYAN infringed AQSE's U.S. Patent No. 5,541,056 covering the cultivation of microalgae in a closed system bioreactor, and that CYAN breached the companies' 1994 agreement and misappropriated AQSE trade secrets. ...
