sanofi-aventis' Sanofi Pasteur S.A. vaccines unit will voluntarily recall 13 lots of its ActHIB Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) pediatric vaccine after two syringes of the vaccine's diluent were potentially faulty. sanofi said the two doses were not administered and there were no safety issues involved.
