Fannin Ltd., Sinclair IS Pharma sales and marketing update

The companies added 10-12 undisclosed generic products from Sinclair's Sinclair IS Pharma Ireland Ltd. subsidiary to a deal granting Fannin commercialization rights to marked drugs Cryogesic ethyl chloride, Mysoline primidone and Variquel terlipressin in Ireland. Sinclair will be eligible for royalties. Under the amended deal, six Sinclair IS employees will transfer to Fannin. Terms were not disclosed. The subsidiary acquired the products from Helsinn Healthcare S.A. (Pazzallo-Lugano, Switzerland) in January (see BioCentury, Jan. 17). ...
