DBV readies IPO

French allergy play DBV Technologies is the second company this year to announce plans for an IPO on Euronext Paris.

DBV has filed its "document de base," the French equivalent of a preliminary prospectus. Once the document has been approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the company will issue its "note d'operation," the equivalent of a prospectus. Until then, the price range and the amount of money the company hopes to raise cannot be disclosed. DBV did say it expects to complete the IPO this year...
