Tax Credit Appetizer

The recipients of the Therapeutic Discovery Project Credit Program haven't even been announced yet, but already there is talk inside the Beltway of extending and expanding the program, which is going to provide tax credits or cash grants to cover up to 50% of eligible R&D expenditures incurred in tax years 2009 or 2010.
