Zonagen deal

ZONA (The Woodlands, Texas) acquired Fertility Technologies Inc. (Natick, Mass.), a marketer of products to diagnose and aid in the treatment of reproductive disorders, for an undisclosed amount of stock.
ZONA said the deal will support its development of fertility drugs with a revenue flow from similar products. Fertility Technologies reported $2.4 million in revenues last year and ZONA CFO Louis Ploth said the company is running at cash break-even. ...
