University researchers published developement of a transgenic mouse that displays many features of prostate cancer in men.
As reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, mice expressing a regulatory element of a rat probasin-encoding gene, linked to the SV40 large tumor T antigen (an oncoprotein), reproducibly develop the cancer. ...
