The Marlborough, Mass., company said it would make cut backs to bring its cost structure in line with expected revenues from its separations business. BSEP, which will take a $4 million to $5 million charge in the second quarter as a result, said it was too early to tell how many employees it will lay off or how much the cuts will reduce its burn rate. BSEP lost $3.2 million ($0.45 a share) on revenues of $2.9 million in the first quarter. The company had $8.2 million in cash as of March 31. ...
