Former Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs John Arditi filed suit against MannKind in the Superior Court of New Jersey alleging he was fired after reporting alleged fraudulent data from several clinical sites enrolled in clinical trials of the company's Afrezza. MannKind said an independent regulatory expert concluded there was no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of the company and claimed Arditi was fired for "legitimate reasons unrelated to his claim." ...
