Neoprobe deal

NEOP (Columbus, Ohio) completed a memorandum of understanding with Rotem Industries Ltd., for the establishment of Neoprobe-Israel, a NEOP subsidiary that will build and operate a radiolabeling facility for NEOP's cancer-targeting products.
An agreement is contingent upon the Israeli government providing guarantees of up to $3 million for funding the contract for the facility and the clinical testing of products manufactured by Neoprobe-Israel. NEOP hopes the facility will be operational in the first half of 1996. ...
