Corgenix Medical Corp., Elitech deal

The partners extended by three years to July 2014 a 2010 deal to co-develop diagnostics by modifying Corgenix's assays for use on Elitech chemistry analyzers, serology instruments or other instruments. The amendment also includes options for further extensions. Elitech distributes Corgenix products outside of North America under the 2010 deal.
