Allergy Therapeutics planning offering

Allergy vaccine company Allergy Therapeutics plc (LSE:AGY) proposed to raise up to L13.7 million ($21.6 million) in a placing, subscription and offer. The offering comprises L6 million ($9.4 million) through the sale of 61.5 million shares at 9.70p to CFR International S.p.A. and company directors; L4 million ($6.4 million) in 3% convertible notes to CFR; L3.2 million ($5 million) through the placement of 3.2 million shares to institutional investors; and up to L500,000 ($792,050) through the sale of up to 5.2 million shares at 9.70p to company employees and existing investors.
