Ironwood raises $79.2 million

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:IRWD) raised $79.2 million through the sale of 5.3 million shares at $15.09 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan; BofA Merrill Lynch; Morgan Stanley; and Ladenburg Thalmann.
