Clavis planning private placement

Clavis Pharma ASA (OSE:CLAVIS) said it is planning to sell up to about 2.9 million shares in a private placement to Norwegian and international investors. If sold in full at Clavis' Tuesday close of NOK60, the company would raise NOK171 million ($28.2 million). Carnegie and DNB Markets are joint bookrunners. Clavis was up NOK0.25 on the day. ...
