Invitae raises $120M in F round

Invitae Corp. (San Francisco, Calif.) raised $120 million in a series F round to build out its one-stop genetic testing service.

The company aims to aggregate a complete catalog of genetic diagnostic tests and offer them via a fee-for-service model. Its catalog includes tests for disorders in cardiology, hereditary cancers, pediatric genetics, neurology and hematology.
