Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) raised $108.4 million through the sale of 8.5 million shares at $12.75 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan; Jefferies; William Blair; Cowen; Piper Jaffray; Brean Capital; and Roth Capital Partners.
