Sage Therapeutics raises $38 million in series C

Sage Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) raised $38 million in a series C round led by a new undisclosed public investment fund. New investors OrbiMed; EcoR1; Foresite Capital; and another undisclosed public investment fund also participated along with existing investors Third Rock Ventures and Arch Venture Partners.
