Aldeyra sets IPO range

Aldeyra Therapeutics Inc. (Burlington, Mass.) said it plans to sell 2 million shares at $10-$12 in an IPO on NASDAQ underwritten by Aegis Capital. At the $11 midpoint, Aldeyra (formerly Aldexa Therapeutics Inc.) would raise $22 million and be valued at $65.7 million. The company filed to raise up to $20.8 million in the offering in January. ...
