Opioid bill heads to Obama's desk

A bill awaiting President Obama's signature would expand medication-assisted opioid addiction treatment programs and increase access to treatments for addiction, potentially benefiting marketers of drugs such as Vivitrol naltrexone from Alkermes plc (NASDAQ:ALKS).
