UCSF taps Selick for BD position

The University of California San Francisco named Barry Selick vice chancellor for business development, innovation and partnerships. Selick resigned last month as CEO of Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:THLD).

The university said Selick will oversee proof-of-concept studies to determine which therapies, diagnostics or software are most likely to help patients.
