Ascendis and Catalent price follow-ons

Catalent Inc. (NYSE:CTLT) and Ascendis Pharma A/S (NASDAQ:ASND) each priced follow-on offerings, raising more than $380 million.
Ascendis raised $134.9 million on Sept. 27 through the sale of 3.8 million ADSs at $35.50 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo and Wedbush PacGrow. Each ADS represents 1 ordinary share. The price is a 4% discount to Ascendis' close of $37.10 on Sept. 26 when it proposed the offering after market hours...
