Gene editing company CRISPR Therapeutics AG (NASDAQ:CRSP) promoted Samarth Kulkarni to CEO from president of the company's U.S. subsidiary CRISPR Therapeutics Inc., effective Dec. 1. He will succeed Rodger Novak, who will serve as president of the parent company.
