Cancer company Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SNSS) said President and CEO Daniel Swisher will step down, effective Dec. 31. He will join Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:JAZZ) as president and COO. Director Dayton Misfeldt will serve as interim CEO while the company seeks a replacement.
