Management tracks: BMS, Roche

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE:BMY) said Christopher Boerner will become EVP and Chief Commercial Officer. He succeeds Murdo Gordon, who departed the company last month to become EVP of global commercial operations at Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN) (see “Reese Succeeding Harper as Amgen EVP of R&D”).

Previously, Boerner served the company as head of international markets. Before joining BMS in 2015 as head of its U.S. commercial organization, he was EVP of commercial at Seattle Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:SGEN). He also served in commercial roles at the Genentech Inc. unit of Roche (SIX:ROG; OTCQX:RHHBY), including director of marketing for cancer drug Avastin bevacizumab, director of Avastin franchise strategy and associate director of oncology market development...
