Canada balks at U.S. demand for 10 years of biologics exclusivity

An unresolved conflict over biologics exclusivity is among the issues that could prevent the U.S. and Canada from agreeing on terms of a North American trade deal by a Sept. 30 deadline, according to Canadian generics industry trade association officials.
