Google partnership latest in Sanofi's quest to integrate digital throughout its business

Sanofi and Google partnered to launch the virtual Innovation Lab, which will use multiple Google platform technologies to better match patients to existing treatments from the pharma, find new targets, identify alternative opportunities to intervene in a patient's treatment pathway to improve outcomes and streamline Sanofi's business operations.

The collaboration will use Google Inc.'s Cloud, DeepMind, Health and Brain technologies alongside clinical and real-world data generated by Sanofi (Euronext:SAN; NASDAQ:SNY). Rachel Sha, VP of digital business development, said the evaluation and application of the technologies would run the gamut from novel early stage applications to tweaking existing tools for the biopharma industry. ...
