Mapping clinical readouts to COVID-19 disease stage and mechanism

The clinical literature for COVID-19 contains no shortage of retrospective studies, single-arm trials, case studies and reviews, but data from controlled clinical trials have been scant.

BioCentury identified 26 controlled trials of 15 agents that had data available in published papers or press releases, and plotted them by disease stage, therapeutic approach and outcome.
