PacBio shifts executive team; plus changes at CMAB, Valo, Alentis, Amwell and more

Pacific Biosciences of California Inc. (NASDAQ:PACB) announced a series of management changes Friday. Chairman Christian Henry will become president and CEO, effective Sept. 14. John Milligan, a member of the sequencing company’s board, will succeed him as chairman. Additionally, retiring CFO Susan Barnes will be succeeded by Ben Gong on an interim basis while the company searches for a successor. Gong was VP of finance.
