QRxPharma adds A$14M ahead of MoxDuo filings

QRxPharma Ltd. (ASX:QRX; OTCQX:QRXPY) raised A$14 million ($13.4 million) through the sale of 16.5 million shares at A$0.85 in a private placement. The price is a 15% discount to QRxPharma's close of A$1 on Tuesday, the last trading day before the offering was announced. RBS Morgans was lead manager. QRxPharma also plans to raise up to A$17.3 million ($16.6 million) through the sale of up to 20.4 million shares at the same price in a share purchase plan to existing investors. ...
