Complete Genomics prices IPO

Complete Genomics Inc. (NASDAQ:GNOM) raised $54 million through the sale of 6 million shares at $9 per share in an IPO underwritten by UBS; Jefferies; Baird; and Cowen. The deal came in below the proposed range of $12-$14 and values the company at $232.3 million. A $13 price would have raised $78 million and valued the company at $335.5 million. Complete Genomics was off $0.97 (11%) to $8.03 in its first day of trading on Thursday. ...
