Stentys IPO raises EUR 22.7 million

Stentys S.A. (Euronext:STNT) raised EUR 22.7 million ($31.5 million) through the sale of 1.9 million shares at EUR 12 in an IPO on Euronext Paris and a private placement outside the U.S. The price came in at the midpoint of the proposed EUR 10.80-EUR 13.20 range and values the company at EUR 87 million ($120.6 million) based on 7.2 million shares outstanding.
