Zogenix refiles for IPO

Zogenix Inc. (San Diego, Calif.) refiled to raise up to $90 million in an IPO underwritten by Wells Fargo; Leerink; Oppenheimer; and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel. In 2008, the company withdrew a previously filed IPO filing in 2008. Zogenix's ZX002, an oral controlled-release formulation of hydrocodone, is in Phase III testing for moderate to chronic pain. ...
