Aegerion refiles for IPO

Aegerion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Bridgewater, N.J.) filed for an IPO for a third time and hopes to raise up to $86.3 million in an offering underwritten by Leerink; Lazard; Needham; and Canaccord. Aegerion filed for an IPO in March 2007 and November 2007 to raise up to the same amount, but withdrew the proposals in June 2007 and December 2008, respectively, citing market conditions. ...
