NuPathe prices IPO

NuPathe Inc. (NASDAQ:PATH) raised $50 million through the sale of 5 million shares at $10 in an IPO underwritten by Leerink; Lazard; and Needham. The price values the company at $145.5 million. On Thursday, NuPathe lowered the price from $14-$16 to $10. A $15 price would have raised $75 million and valued the company at $211.7 million.
