NuPathe drops underwriter

NuPathe Inc. (Conshohocken, Pa.) amended its IPO to drop Stifel Nicolaus Weisel as an underwriter. Last month, NuPathe amended the offering to sell 5 million shares at $14-$16. A $15 price would raise $75 million and value the company at $211.7 million.
